Job description

Job Title: Provider Enrollment Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Provider Enrollment Analyst to join our client to support the successful onboarding and continued participation of physicians within payer networks. This role focuses on guiding providers through complex enrollment processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption to revenue flow. The position is based in Boca Raton, FL, operates in an onsite environment, and is a direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate brings strong payer experience, critical thinking skills, and confidence working closely with physicians in a fast-moving healthcare setting.
Compensation:
$60,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Provider Enrollment Analyst:
  • Manage end?to?end provider enrollment and payer setup, including commercial insurers and government programs, across multiple workflows
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between physicians, insurance carriers, and external systems to drive timely and accurate enrollment outcomes
  • Ensure provider records meet credentialing and regulatory standards while maintaining data integrity across enrollment platforms
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve enrollment challenges by analyzing discrepancies and navigating non?standard payer requirements
  • Prepare reporting, support issue escalations, and offer proactive guidance on enrollment status and preventive billing best practices
Qualifications and Skills for the Provider Enrollment Analyst:
  • Hands?on experience working directly with insurance carriers is required
  • Familiarity with provider enrollment systems such as CAQH, PECOS, and/or NPPES
  • Comfort engaging with physicians and healthcare professionals, including those with high expectations or complex needs
  • Strong problem?solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think beyond task?based processing
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex enrollment information into clear guidance
  • Education in a related field is helpful but not required; practical experience is highly valued
