o Day to day support of SCCM 2012 and McAfee ePO infrastructure for high availability
o Perform routine health checks of SCCM servers and report any issues
o Integrate new applications/packages into SCCM for distribution to end users
o Make applications available in Software Center as requested by end users
o Troubleshoot application installation issues no workstations from Software Center
o Operating System Deployment (OSD) via SCCM Task Sequence
o Management of device and user collections in SCCM
o Enterprise wide distribution of Windows updates to workstations
o Enterprise wide distribution of McAfee virus definitions to workstations
Qualifications
o 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Microsoft SCCM 2012 infrastructure
o Knowledgeable in reading and understanding of SCCM logs to resolve issues
o Knowledgeable in distributing Windows updates to workstations via SCCM
o Knowledgeable in Application distribution via SCCM
o OSD (Operating Systems Deployment) experience using Task Sequence
o Experienced using packaging tools like Install Shield, Flexera Admin Studio
o Knowledgeable in Image Engineering and deployment using Microsoft tools (i.e. Microsoft Deployment Tool kit)
o Ability to create technical documentation
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Network troubleshooting skills
o Certification in Microsoft SCCM and Windows 7 preferred
o Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and end-users
