Job description

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated TSCM Practioner to join our team in support of a government customer. This role will Conduct TSCM, foreign-visit, gift-inspection, digital counter-exploitation, and technical-evaluation activities supporting the TSCM program. This position is contingent upon award.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $185,000 - $220,000. The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match.

This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Key duties: Conduct TSCM operations (pre-construction, emergency, routine surveys; in-place monitoring) per National/DoD policy and ICD 705. Identify physical/acoustical security deficiencies and develop corrective actions; provide guidance for facilities under construction.

Perform RF signal-of-interest searches and assess/locate signals found during surveys, system notifications, and IPMS operations. Prepare technical risk assessments, TSCM reports of inquiry, after-action reports (due within 72 hours), and briefings. Assist the Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA) with technical security plans and equipment vulnerability assessments.

Support the TSSC Technician OJT program.Required qualifications: Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence Polygraph Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification (required day one). DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II baseline certification within one year of assignment (at contractor expense). Complete 40 hours of discipline-specific training each fiscal year

Desired: Technical writing/editing Telephone Security Group (TSG) experience Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in CS/EngineeringRequired qualifications: Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence Polygraph Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification (required day one).
