Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior TSCM Instructor to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. Responsibilities: โ€ข The TSCM Instructor shall provide support The contractor shall support the development and implementation of curriculum activities that promote the training development of each TSCM student; support annual reviews of TTls for TCIS training; assist in the evaluation of student progress in the instructional program by means that include maintain up-to-date student data; support the management of materials, supplies and equipment, which are necessary to carry out the TSCM mission; support the accountability, serviceability and security of sensitive items of equipment, provide updates to the Senior Instructor, Course Manager and TSCM Director on training activities, personnel training/certification processes, equipment, fiscal, personnel and logistical aspects and requirements of training; instruct courses in assigned area(s); monitor, evaluate, and assist other instructors; conduct necessary research, observation, and liaison with TCI SMEs to ensure the course curriculum mirrors current techniques, tactics, and procedures used by operational elements in the field. โ€ข Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S.

operations and interests. โ€ข Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner Cl capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source Cl studies and contributes to developing Cl strategies.

โ€ข Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities. โ€ข Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent. Required qualifications/skills: โ€ข Minimum education and years of experience requirements: o High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

-OR- o Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. -OR- o Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. -OR- o Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

โ€ข Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent. โ€ข Must have completed a service TSCM training program. โ€ข Must have completed a service-related instructor training program or have 2 years instructor experience.
