Job description

We are looking for a Systems/Integration Engineer with deep Microsoft 365 and Copilot expertise to help define and execute the firm's modern workplace strategy. This role will provide senior technical leadership across the full M365 estate-including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, Entra ID integration, and M365 Copilot-while partnering with product, architecture, security, compliance, risk, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned collaboration solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience across Microsoft collaboration and productivity platforms, a strong record of execution leadership, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable engineering outcomes.

How will you fulfill your potential?

  • Define and drive the engineering strategy for Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms and Copilot capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead execution of large-scale initiatives across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Copilot, from solution design through implementation, rollout, and steady-state operations.
  • Establish platform patterns, standards, and guardrails for architecture, governance, lifecycle management, and service operations across the M365 environment.
  • Partner with product owners, architects, security, compliance, legal, and risk stakeholders to deliver solutions that balance user experience, innovation, and control.
  •  Support enterprise adoption of M365 Copilot by defining enablement strategies, use case frameworks, and technical integration patterns grounded in Microsoft Graph and organizational data protections.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex migrations, integrations, tenant-wide changes, and platform modernization efforts, including hybrid and legacy interoperability scenarios.
  • Mentor senior engineers and act as a trusted escalation point for critical incidents, design reviews, and high-impact decision making.
  • Measure outcomes through platform reliability, security posture, adoption, and operational efficiency, and continuously refine the roadmap based on data and feedback.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience across Microsoft 365 environments, including deep expertise in Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 administration in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading execution of large, cross-functional technology programs, with the ability to drive from strategy definition through delivery and operationalization.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform solution architecture, and integration patterns with third-party enterprise systems, and the technical, governance, and data protection considerations required to enable AI-powered productivity capabilities at enterprise scale.
  • Extensive experience with M365 governance and security capabilities, including Purview, retention, eDiscovery, DLP, sensitivity labels, information barriers, and audit requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot integration, prompt and extensibility strategy and supporting user in regulated environments.
  • Solid PowerShell and automation experience, with the ability to improve platform operations, provisioning, monitoring, and lifecycle management through engineering best practices.
  • Strong execution leadership, organizational influence, and decision-making skills, with a clear ability to prioritize, manage risk, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, product, security, compliance, legal, and support organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach senior engineers, influence technical direction without direct authority, and raise the engineering bar across distributed teams.
