Job description

Weโ€™re seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for end users, systems, and applications. This role is key to maintaining reliable IT operations and delivering a strong customer experience across onsite and remote environments.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Provide Tier 1-3 support for devices, software, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage service tickets and meet SLAs.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Azure AD.
  • Handle user account setup, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Assist with networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
  • Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance.
  • Document issues and escalate when needed.

What You Bring:
  • 2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
