We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to provide expert technical support for AWS and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IDMC) platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, data integration, and support engineering, with the ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support and resolve complex issues in AWS and Informatica IDMC environments.
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance cloud-based solutions to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges effectively and efficiently.
  • Document resolutions, best practices, and system configurations to enrich the knowledge base.
  • Provide assistance with deployments, upgrades, and migrations for AWS and Informatica IDMC solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational standards and industry practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
