The Crisis Interventionist serves to actively resolve emergencies and crises for persons being served by MHMR of Tarrant County as well as any applicable contracted entities and community partners. The Crisis Interventionist provide services to individuals in the community and residential settings. This position is meant to aid individuals of all ages to mitigate crises in a trauma-informed and least restrictive manner.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Defined Education: Health or Human Services
Preferences: Bilingual; Crisis Services Experience
Substitutions: Bachelor's degree with at least 30 hours of behavioral health coursework
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License, Eligible to obtain Qualified Mental Health Professional -QMHP-CS) certification.
