Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Nashville, TN

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time options available
Location: Remote - Nashville, TN
Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible/Open availability
About the Role
Open Doors ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Begin part-time (5-25 hrs/week) with the option to transition to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your performance and goals.
This remote, flexible position allows you to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, supported by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Qualifications:
  • Tennessee LBA license (required)
  • BCBA certification (in good standing)

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, reliable, and focused on client needs

Schedule:
