We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in both clinical services and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to join our diverse team in Elgin and be a part of our life-changing mission. This role blends direct clinical work with staff performance, supporting both student outcomes and staff effectiveness. The hours of this position are 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The salary range for this position is $85,500- $90,000 based on experience.

About our school:
Marklund Day School is a non-public state-certified school that partners with area school districts to provide a highly specialized education experience. The therapeutic, sensory-driven Multi-Needs Program serves individuals ages 3 through 21 with medical, developmental, and physical disabilities. Through the Life Skills Program, teachers and paraprofessionals provide individualized functional curriculum and supports for students who are diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum, specific learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Organizational Behavior Management (OBM)
  • Design and implement performance management systems for staff
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify workflow and performance barriers
  • Develop KPIs and data systems to monitor staff productivity and quality outcomes
  • Provide staff training and performance feedback using behavioral principles
  • Experience or strong interest in OBM and/or performance management
  • Experience supervising clinical staff (RBTs, BCBAs, or similar roles)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field required
    • Master's Degree preferred
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification with a supervisory endorsement required
  • Experience working with students with multiple needs and autism required
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and to meet its functional and environmental requirements
