Purpose
The Head of Metal Offering - North America will be based in the United States and will act as the regional expert for Metal card solutions across North America. The role requires a deep understanding of our Metal offering and the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition tailored to the North America market.
The Head of Metal Offering - North America will support Sales teams in pre-sales activities, bringing both market insight and technical expertise to drive pipeline growth, improve conversion, and ensure successful execution of Metal programs.
In addition, the Head of Metal Offering - North America will serve as the key interface between the North America region and the Global Metal Offering Team, ensuring alignment between market needs and product capabilities.
Key Missions
Pre-Sales & Sales Support
  • Act as the go-to expert for all Metal-related opportunities in North America
  • Support Sales teams during pre-sales phases (client meetings, RFPs, proposals)
  • Provide technical expertise to strengthen positioning
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and Metal capabilities

Market Expertise & Value Proposition
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the US Metal card market (banks, fintechs, competitors, trends)
  • Adapt and refine the Metal value proposition to fit North America-specific dynamics
  • Support differentiation versus key competitors

Pipeline & Forecast Contribution
  • Maintain a global view of the Metal pipeline across North America
  • Actively participate in pipeline and forecast reviews with Global Metal Sales
  • Contribute to opportunity prioritization, deal qualification, and forecasting accuracy

Regional Interface & Offering Alignment
  • Act as the communication bridge between North America and the Global Metal Offering Team
  • Consolidate and communicate market-specific needs, requirements, and feedback
  • Support and drive local initiatives in project mode
  • Contribute to the adaptation of the Metal offering to meet regional expectations

Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Sales, Offering, Product, and Industrial teams
  • Ensure readiness of solutions (feasibility, pricing, timelines)
  • Support internal alignment to accelerate deal execution

Profile & Other Information
  • Based in the United States
  • Strong expertise in payment cards, financial services, or card manufacturing
  • Deep understanding of Metal card solutions and value proposition
  • Proven experience in pre-sales and complex deal support
  • Strong knowledge of the US payments ecosystem
  • Ability to bridge technical, commercial, and strategic discussions
