NOW HIRING – INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE | METAL DISTRIBUTION


We are an established metal distribution company looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday position.


METAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We are specifically looking for someone who is familiar with metal products and understands the different types, grades, sizes, and dimensions of materials such as sheet, plate, bar, tubing, and other steel and aluminum products.


Responsibilities include:
• Handle inbound sales calls and customer emails
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and price quotes for steel, aluminum, and other metal products based on material, dimensions, quantities, and current pricing
• Assist customers with product availability and material questions
• Follow up on quotes and customer orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping staff to ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service


What we're looking for:
• Previous metal distribution, metal sales, or closely related industry experience
• Strong knowledge of metal products, sizes, and terminology
• Inside sales and customer service experience
• Comfortable working with pricing, measurements, and order details
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with both customers and warehouse personnel


Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time


Salary: $60,000+ per year, depending on experience.
