Job description

The Marketing Insights team seeks to understand the needs, experiences, behaviors, and attitudes of our users and customers to maximize the value Meta can deliver across our platforms and services. Our team are experts in research technique and practice, but our differentiator is how we act as full-stack partners to help identify and actualize the marketing strategies that connect people and businesses to meaningful experiences.We're hiring a Marketing Researcher to partner with the Enterprise GTM organizations within our Business Marketing team and other groups. We are looking for a strategic researcher who is able to translate audience understanding into strategic implications for BMG leadership. In this role, you will lead efforts to understand the enterprise audience landscape by designing and executing quantitative and qualitative research, with a focus on enterprise decision-makers and large advertisers and how Meta positions its enterprise portfolio across business messaging and business AI. You will translate the findings on audience needs and preferences to identify strategic opportunities, influence the group's strategic direction, inform the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, and measure the impact of these marketing efforts.
Marketing Insights Researcher, Business - Enterprise GTM Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the learning agendas for the enterprise audience ecosystem to inform strategy development and to support progress on business goals
  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research to support decision-making, strategic planning and shape marketing strategies, campaign development, product development, and channel strategy
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations
  • producing highly effective communication that motivates people to apply learnings in marketing and across the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and goals

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Research Expertise: 6+ years of research experience. High degree of qualitative and quantitative research expertise, with the ability to apply them in a business context to drive decision-making and raise salience of new opportunities
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven expertise in shaping insights-driven marketing campaigns and product launches from definition to execution, with a focus on shaping strategy, driving alignment, and delivering business outcomes
  • Strategic skills: Experience navigating ambiguity, identifying strategic problems to solve, setting priorities, and driving learning agendas with minimal guidance
  • Influencing skills: Experience influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
