Job description

Meta is seeking an experienced Agency Marketing Manager to build audience-centric marketing plans and drive go-to-market efforts for our agency partners. In this role, you will develop and execute agency-focused marketing strategies that drive adoption of Meta's ad products, deepen agency relationships, and accelerate revenue growth. You will serve as a strategic bridge between Meta's marketing, sales, and product teams and the agency ecosystem, translating Meta's advertising capabilities into compelling narratives and go-to-market programs that resonate with agency teams and leadership.
Agency Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies targeting advertising agencies to drive adoption of Meta's advertising platform and products
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and insights teams to translate Meta advertising platform capabilities into agency-relevant narratives, toolkits, and enablement materials
  • Define measurable goals and key performance metrics for agency marketing programs, partnering with data science teams to track impact and optimize performance
  • Develop and drive the scaled marketing strategy for agencies to deploy always-on, data-driven campaigns that grow product adoption and agency sentiment
  • Leverage customer segmentation to advise cross-functional teams on building key messaging and narratives
  • Leverage internal and external research to make data-driven decisions and optimizations
  • Create systems for marketing efforts and drive operational excellence and rigor
  • Be up-to-date on industry trends, leveraging AI and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing, advertising platform marketing, or agency-side media and marketing strategies
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market programs for advertising agencies or within the agency ecosystem
  • Experience using data and performance metrics to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
  • Experience influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders, including sales and product teams, around shared marketing strategies and priorities
  • Experience communicating complex advertising platform concepts and marketing strategies to diverse audiences, including agency leadership and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with or for advertising agencies
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Familiarity with Meta's advertising products, including campaign measurement methodologies, audience targeting capabilities, and creative best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to streamline marketing workflows, accelerate content development, or generate audience and performance insights
