About the Role 
We're looking for a Menu Services Specialist to join our Nutrition Services team. Reporting to the Manager, Menu Services, you'llbesupporting increased customer demand and ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery & operationalizing the Menu Services sub-division and execute the strategic direction established by leadership.

What You'll Do 

  • Assist customers in data set-up related to therapeutic, texture-modified, allergen-restricted, and culturally appropriate diets utilizing industry-standard dietary practices and MealSuite system expertise. 
  • Complete assigned menu services projects related to menu development, configuration, review, validation, and approval using established best practices and MealSuite tools. 
  • Perform recipe quality assurance analysis utilizing culinary principles and MealSuite recipe standards to ensure accuracy and standardization of MealSuite system core recipes  
  • Support the creation and continuous improvement of internal and external menu services resources, ensuring materials reflect current industry standards, system capabilities, and customer needs. 
  • Work cross-functionally with implementation, product, and support teams to resolve complex menu and data challenges. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve menu workflows, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience. 

What You Bring 

  • 2 years of experience in menu services, menu planning and development.  
  • Experience using food service software.
  • Experience in long term care and/or acute care facilities.
  • Experience reviewing and approving menus in healthcare settings in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Registered Dietician
  • Understanding of therapeutic, IDDSI Texture Modified Diet Standards, & Healthcare Foodservice Regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required) 

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 CAD per year OR $60,000-$80,000 USD per year.

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas OR Cambridge office two days per week.
