Position Overview 

HirokiSan is seeking a Bartender who brings craft, confidence, and genuine hospitality to every shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, design-forward environment and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. You'll execute a refined cocktail program with precision while bringing your own warmth and personality to the bar. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail 
  • Execute a curated cocktail menu featuring classic builds and seasonal offerings 
  • Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to every guest 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service 
  • Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations 
  • Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations 
  • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards 

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale bar or restaurant 
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer 
  • Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming guest experience 
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset 
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
