Job description

Forbes Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic banquet servers to provide an excellent guest experience. All applicants must be able to take direction well, work well with others, have strong customer service skills, and have a professional appearance. All applicants must pass a background check. Friday amp; Saturday evening availability is a must!
Previous banquet experience is preferred.
Benefits include paid time off and complimentary parking.
Responsibilities
  • Stay guest focused to provide an excellent guest experience
  • Set-up room prior to events (i.e. polishing silverware and glassware, setting up coffee and food stations)
  • Serve food throughout event (i.e. managing food stations, passing appetizers, serving entrée courses, providing table side non-alcoholic beverage service)
  • Maintain a clean and clear section as assigned by the banquet manager (i.e. continuously monitoring your tables and clearing dishes as needed)
  • Assist with breakdown of the event at the end of the evening (i.e. removing linens, clearing dishes)
