A Memory Care Program Coordinator is a professional responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing programs and activities designed for individuals with memory impairments, such as Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. They work in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or specialized memory care units to ensure residents receive appropriate cognitive stimulation, social engagement, and personalized care.
