Membership Coordinator – Direct Hire (Hybrid)

Fantastic Hybrid Direct-Hire opportunity as a Membership Coordinator for a Raleigh based non-profit membership organization! 

What You’ll Get:

What We Want:

The Membership Coordinator will have a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience in membership services, customer service, or association management and be comfortable using AI tools daily, as well as be proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace. The Membership Coordinator will increase member engagement, be proactive, and have an engaging personality.  

What You’ll Do:

As the Membership Coordinator, you will serve as the front-line contact for all member inquiries, maintain and manage the membership database, plan and execute membership recruitment and retention strategies, and assist with general office operations. The Membership Coordinator will support membership-related aspects of events, conferences, and educational programs.  Any event planning experience is a plus!
