Job description

Service Membership Coordinator & CSR
The Membership Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between Key and its service customers to initiate and retail service memberships. The coordinator is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining members while managing customer accounts, and assisting with marketing efforts. They boost engagement through targeted communication, such as reminders via emails, text messages and calls and handles inquiries to foster a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Member Management: Create new memberships, renewals, and cancellations, keeping member databases (e.g., CRM) accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary contact for membership inquiries, providing superior service to members via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Marketing, Recruitment & Retention: Work with VP of Sales to execute marketing campaigns, promote membership benefits, and actively work to retain existing members.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor membership metrics, prepare reports on growth and revenue trends, and analyze data to inform strategy.
  • Administration: Coordinate with departments (e.g., accounting) regarding dues, payments, and billing as needed.
  • CSR Leads / Bookings / Dispatching Booking Incoming Service & Sales Requests
  • Assist with ALL incoming phone calls
  • Book All Evaluations (Diagnostic/Demand /ER Calls) - as needed
  • Assists with Digital Demand Leads - as needed
  • Assists with Contact forms (website, info emails, etc) - as needed
  • Assists with daily communications with Techs & Customers - as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years in member management, customer service, or sales roles.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and handling inquiries.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with CRM or database management software.
  • Organization: High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
