About the Role
Were looking for an Agency Operations & Member Engagement Manager to support the continued growth of Agency Services Corporation of Kansas ASCK and help strengthen KAIAs connection with members throughout the year.
ASCK helps generate revenue that supports KAIAs products, services, and member-focused programs. In this role, youll improve internal workflows, support operational consistency, create meaningful member touchpoints, and help ensure KAIA members receive responsive, reliable service.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, dependable, and operationally minded someone who enjoys improving the big picture but is also willing to jump in and help with hands-on service work when needed.
What Youll Do
- Improve internal workflows and operational consistency
- Strengthen member engagement through regular, thoughtful touchpoints
- Support ASCKs continued growth and its role in supporting KAIA programs
- Serve as a helpful, responsive point of contact for KAIA members
- Assist with agency operations, service needs, and program administration
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and member experience
- Collaborate with the KAIA team to provide timely, accurate, and professional support
- Participate in KAIA events and member-facing activities
What You Bring
A current Kansas Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Because this role supports member agencies and may assist with service-related work, applicants must already hold an active Kansas P&C license to be considered.

- Prior leadership or team coordination experience
- Insurance designations or interest in pursuing them
