Position Summary
The Member Concierge serves as a key point of contact for members and guests, delivering a warm, professional, and attentive experience. This role primarily supports morning and daytime operations, assisting with reservations, member services, and providing hands-on support to the Food & Beverage team during lunch service and early-day activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet all members and guests with a welcoming and service-oriented attitude
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages when needed
  • Manage tee times, dining reservations, and other member bookings
  • Perform host/hostess duties during lunch service, including seating and guest flow management
  • Handle all to-go orders efficiently and accurately
  • Assist Food & Beverage team with table maintenance, including watering, clearing, and resetting
  • Support event setup and breakdown as needed
  • Provide members with general club and community information
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Schedule Expectations
  • Primarily morning and early afternoon shifts
  • Availability on weekends and holidays as needed based on club operations

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
