Agents choose the plan that works best for them.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>COMMISSION PLAN:</strong></p><p>$100 per enrolled Medicare policy.</p><p>Ancillary product commissions available on top of base Medicare commission, including Hospital Indemnity (HIP), Cancer/Heart/Stroke (CHAS), and other ancillary products.</p><p>Best for experienced agents who want maximum earning potential.</p><p>No Chargebacks</p><p><br></p><p><strong>BASE PLUS COMMISSION PLAN:</strong></p><p>No chargebacks, $720/week base, plus:</p><ul><li>10+ weekly enrollments: $20 commission per policy</li><li>15 weekly enrollments: $300 bonus</li><li>20 weekly enrollments: $600 bonus</li><li>25 weekly enrollments: $900 bonus</li><li>Under 10 weekly enrollments (1-9): flat $90 per policy</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Both plans include ancillary commission opportunities.
