Synergy is seeking full-time Medspa Coordinators! The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry and ready to serve as a brand ambassador for Synergy. Our Medspa Coordinators oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish and educate clients on Synergy’s treatment options and products. Compensation begins at $18.50/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently provides excellent customer service to all clients in-person, over the phone and through text/email inquiries
  • Educates clients on Synergy’s services, products and treatment options
  • Exudes positive attitude while working in a fast-paced med spa
  • Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience
  • Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and ensuring prompt delivery to proper staff member
  • Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day
  • Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling all follow up visits
  • Intelligent booking using Millennium software
  • Preparing proper medical documents for patients through EMR
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues
  • Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of spa including relaxation areas, lobby, front desk and back of house
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2 years of end customer service experience
  • 1 year of medical aesthetics experience
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings, and/or holidays.
  • Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
