Job description

About Us

At ARAC Roof It Forward, we've been setting the standard in residential and commercial restoration since 2005 as an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor. But we're much more than a roofing company. We operate on a mission to Roof It Forward, donating a portion of every dollar earned directly back to local charities and children's healthcare in the communities we serve. We work hard, move fast, and foster a competitive, high-energy environment where team members are empowered to take ownership, grow their careers, and make a tangible impact both in the field and in the community.

About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, relentless In-House Sales Recruiter to own talent acquisition and support initial onboarding for our high-volume insurance restoration sales division.

Direct-to-consumer outreach and field canvassing are the bedrock of our insurance sales pipeline. This role is built for a proactive recruiter who thrives on hunting talent, managing high-volume candidate pipelines, and delivering a smooth transition into our onboarding process alongside our Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Talent Acquisition

  • Active Sourcing: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for field sales and canvassing roles across our regional branches.
  • Outbound Pipeline Building: Utilize job boards, social media, local networking, job fairs, direct headhunting, and referral programs to keep a steady flow of candidates in the pipeline.
  • Profile Screening: Identify candidates with the grit, resilience, self-motivation, and communication skills needed to excel in door-to-door canvassing and storm-restoration sales.
  • High-Volume Velocity: Comfortably conduct high-volume phone screens weekly to hit aggressive hiring targets and keep sales seats filled.

Onboarding Support & Coordination

  • Handoff Management: Own initial onboarding coordination, ensuring new hires complete offer paperwork, background checks, and system setups prior to Day 1.
  • Sales Manager Partnership: Coordinate with local Sales Managers to seamlessly hand off new hires for their field training and onboarding schedule.
  • First-Week Touchpoints: Conduct check-ins with new sales reps to support retention, gather feedback, and continuously refine candidate profiling.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in door-to-door sales, commission-only roles, trades, or home services.
  • Canvassing Familiarity: Clear understanding of the door-to-door sales model, you know how to pitch the opportunity and identify candidates who will thrive in the field.
  • Process & Tech Savvy: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, job portals, and pipeline management tools.
  • Strong Pitching Ability: Excellent persuasive communication skills to sell candidates on our culture, commission potential, and growth opportunities.

Perks & Culture

  • Work With Purpose: Know that every sales rep you hire directly drives funding to local children's hospitals and charities.
  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus performance and competitive incentives linked directly to hiring and retention milestones.
  • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Growth & Leadership: Direct access to executive leadership in a fast-growing, multi-location organization where winning together is celebrated.
