Job description

Medical Sales - Remote 2026


We are seeking an energetic and motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and procurement staff across 46 states and Guam. You’ll play a key role in supporting healthcare facilities with their medication and surgical supply needs while contributing to efficient inventory management.

This is an entry-level sales opportunity with excellent potential for professional growth and long-term career development.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily
  • Manage and track activities through our CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot)
  • Prospect through both cold and warm calling to generate new business
  • Nurture existing accounts and re-engage past customers
  • Create new customer accounts and expand facility partnerships
  • Meet and exceed key performance and work ethic goals
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support

This may include assisting in other departments, such as the warehouse, cleaning tasks, or taking calls for other employees when on site.

Compensation:

Full time: 40 hours – M-F 8:00am-4:30pm

Starting Wage: $18.00/hour = $37,440/year plus additional 10% on generated GP

**On average, first year Sales Representatives earn $45,000- $75,000; second year Representatives typically earn $50,000- $80,000; established Representatives can earn over $100,000.**
