Winnebago County Jail – Oshkosh, WI

Medical Records Clerk

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $21.00 per Hour

TK Health is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to support our healthcare team at the Winnebago County Jail in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for maintaining confidential medical records, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting the clinical team with health information management.

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 40 hours per week
Compensation
  • $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize inmate medical records
  • File, scan, and update health information
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
  • Assist clinical staff with medical documentation
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
