Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments
  • Greet and register patients upon arrival
  • Collect co-pays and payments
  • Communicate with patients via fax and text
  • Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Work closely with team members while managing your own tasks

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years medical receptionist & customer service experience in healthcare
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and polished phone etiquette
  • Must type 40 + words a minute

Schedule
  • This is a full-time position (30 hours per week), scheduled is Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
