Tessco is seeking a Program Manager for our Program Management Team in Hunt Valley, MD. As a Program Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal and external cross functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience. You will develop and enhance meaningful relationships with key customers and will own all aspects of supporting the success of your customer(s). This individual will provide overall Program Management functions to include communicating will all stakeholders and managing the initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control as well as successful close of all Program initiatives. You will be an integral member of the Sales Operations organization accountable for moving large projects through the supply chain process (from inventory to delivery and post-sale).

Responsibilities

  • Effectively forecast and manage people, process, and technology related resources requirements for Program(s) to ensure successful execution against corporate goals with a focus on improving revenue and profit margin by leading and aligning cross-functional teams towards driving revenue optimization and cost containment on programs and services providing to program customer(s).
  • Drive internal and external cross functional teams to maintain and enhance program(s) performance and cost savings over time based on a full understanding of customer and vendor contracts.
  • Facilitate process improvements and accurately articulate Program Customer needs within Tessco's organization to drive strategies and maximize outcomes related to ROI, customer satisfaction and organizational metrics and performance.
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to launch, maintain and enhance complex program(s).
  • Drive key KPIs cross-functionally to meet both short-term and long-term goals and financial durability.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal obligations, including deliverables, SLAs, and other performance standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with customers, vendors, project teams, internal support functions, and other stakeholders to ensure program objective achievement on time and within budget.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost efficiencies and advancement of capabilities.
  • Own coordination and management of customer conference calls, weekly project updates, and deadlines.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for the daily management and oversight of large customer account(s).
  • Develop Tessco's role as our customer's business partner while collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to gain alignment and manage expectations.
  • Learn your customer's business and contribute to their success by operationalizing Tessco's value proposition.
  • Lead various initiatives including complex pricing offers, BOM management, and customer reporting.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years' Project Management / Sales Experience in Telecommunications / Wireless Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent documented experience.
  • 5% - 15% Travel Requirement
  • Ability to professionally prepare presentations and present to customers.
  • Ability to leverage AI and Advanced Analytics
  • Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to rapid change.
  • Excellent people skills, written and verbal communication.
  • Strong sense of urgency for customer needs balanced with an understanding & advocacy for fiduciary responsibilities to Tessco.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
