Director of Sales Enablement - Philips IGTD (United States- Remote)

As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales education ecosystem for a large and complex medical device sales team. As the senior leader of the function, you will lead a team of education specialists to enhance selling skills, develop sales processes, and drive educational initiatives that deliver revenue impact across the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices (IGTD) business.

Your role:

  • In partnership with the senior sales leaders, design and execute a business-wide, commercial education strategy that shortens new hire time to readiness, enhances rep performance, improves sales skills, and tracks meaningful revenue impact over time.
  • Create a system to evaluate our educational investments, identify impacts of sales process and messaging initiatives, and manage complex, cross-portfolio sales skill development so we know every dollar drives commercial impact.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of education professionals while collaborating with regional managers, ZVPs, marketing leaders, medical education teams, and sales operations to create a high functioning and collaborative environment.
  • Manage AOP planning, budgeting, and budget tracking with executive-level engagement while tracking and reporting results to improve enterprise decision-making. Expect meaningful growth in commercial leadership and cross-functional influence, with travel to priority events as needed.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, and/or medical device education including at least 5 years leading and developing people. You've been responsible for both individual educational events and comprehensive curriculum development that drive skills in complex selling situations.
  • Your skills include strong financial acumen with proven functional budget management, the ability to measure and communicate the business impact of education through clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the ability to build strategy and curriculum from the ground up. Artificial Intelligence (AI) fluency and medical device sales experience a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or healthcare related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an emotionally intelligent leader with executive presence, strong cross-Business Unit collaboration skills, and deep operational domain knowledge sales, sales process, and education. You're comfortable making strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and have the ability to travel to key events as needed.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $171,000 to $273,600

The pay range for this position in AK, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $180,000 to $287,280

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $192,000 to $268,129

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
