Job Summary and Qualifications

Full time (Monday - Friday, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays 


Seeking an Administrative Assistant for our practice who provides clerical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role: 


Provides clerical support Including typing, composing and proofreading correspondence, indexing and filing documents  


Answers inquiries or refers callers/visitors to appropriate individuals.  


Compiles reports from data and existing records  


Gathers information and develops summaries as requested.  


Assists with development and implementation of budget and operational plans. Develops and implements office procedures related to coordination of interoffice communication, records, system.  


Ensures adequacy of office supplies and equipment.  


Schedules/coordinates meetings and appointments  


Assists other staff as needed  


Maintain strict confidentiality  


Other duties as assigned  


Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement  


What Qualifications you will need: 


One year of administrative experience in a professional office setting is highly preferred 


Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is preferred
