The Responsibilities:

  • Learn and follow Nixco's service protocols while educating customers on products and services.
  • Strive to meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Develop the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on various plumbing services (we'll help ensure you have the tools you need).
  • Assist the lead technician in keeping job sites and vehicles clean and organized.
  • Help complete jobs accurately while adhering to quality checklists, safety protocols, and local codes.
  • Build customer rapport by providing knowledgeable service, leading to new referrals and repeat business.
  • Participate in all training sessions, department, and company meetings.
  • Understand and align with Nixco's mission, policies, and guarantees.
  • Be prepared to perform physical activities in varying climate conditions without restrictions.

Requirements

The Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background, motor vehicle check and drug screening. Maintaining eligibility to operate company vehicles is a fundamental job requirement. All employees that operate company vehicles must maintain their driving record as insurable under the company's vehicle insurance provider.
