Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Coder role based in Delhi, OH. The Medical Coder will review clinical documentation and assign accurate and compliant diagnosis and procedure codes using established guidelines. Daily responsibilities include abstracting relevant information from medical records, validating documentation to support coded data, and entering codes into the billing or health information system.
