This position provides medical logistics and warehouse support for the En Route Care Training Department by managing medical supplies, equipment accountability, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting Air Force medical readiness and operational training.

Contract Overview
The Supply Technician supports USAFSAM Education and Training (ET) by providing medical logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment accountability, and supply support. This role ensures medical supplies and equipment are properly received, stored, maintained, inventoried, and distributed to support Air Force medical training and operational readiness.
Position Summary
The Supply Technician performs a wide variety of warehouse and logistics functions supporting medical supply operations. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, issuing, transporting, and inventorying medical supplies and equipment while maintaining compliance with Air Force logistics procedures, OSHA standards, and Department of Defense regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply operations.
- Medical supply or healthcare logistics experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Air Force supply systems, including Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS).
- Knowledge of inventory management, receiving, shipping, storage, and warehouse operations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to safely operate hand trucks and material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of OSHA and AFOSH safety standards.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience supporting a Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
- Prior military logistics experience (Air Force Specialty Code 4A1 or equivalent).
- Experience supporting Department of Defense medical logistics programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, distribute, and inventory medical supplies and equipment.
- Verify shipments against receiving documentation and report discrepancies or damaged items.
- Organize warehouse inventory using established storage methods and accountability procedures.
- Maintain inventory records and perform periodic inventory counts.
- Transport medical supplies and equipment between warehouse locations and customers.
- Process controlled medical items, hazardous materials, compressed gases, refrigerated items, and sensitive inventory using established handling procedures.
- Prepare materials for shipment, storage, redistribution, or disposal.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Recycle packing materials and maintain organized storage areas.
- Support medical equipment accountability and logistics operations.
- Follow OSHA, AFOSH, Department of Defense, and Air Force safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service while supporting medical logistics requirements throughout the organization.

Work Environment
- Standard Monday through Friday work schedule with occasional flexibility based on operational requirements.

- Frequent lifting, walking, standing, bending, and moving inventory.
- Indoor warehouse operations with occasional transportation of supplies between facilities.

- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain access to Department of Defense systems and facilities.
