  • Arrive on time with a clear plan for the scheduled work.ย 

  • Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and damage prevention, offering professional recommendations to improve performance.ย 

  • Complete plumbing repairs such as replacing seals, fixing leaks, and installing water heaters, water lines, garbage disposals, and fixtures.ย 

  • Inspect plumbing systems for code compliance and potential issues, performing diagnostics to identify and resolve malfunctions.ย 

  • Clear drains and blockages using specialized tools and equipment.ย 

  • Operate advanced tools, including electrical hand tools, saws, drills, brazing equipment, drain machines, and propress.ย 

  • Apply technical expertise to ensure optimal system functionality.ย 

  • Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself, the team, and the customerโ€™s property.ย 

  • Mentor and guide Apprentice Plumbers to build their skills.ย 

  • Document work orders accurately for complete and detailed recordsย
