) Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Baldwinville, MA
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time AR Billing Office Manager. The role is responsible for coordinating and managing the office function, which includes but is not limited to billing, collections, PNA record keeping, cash posting, banking, month-end processing, and be a backup as needed to the Admissions Department. The person will work with family members, SSA office and the State MA Health Offices.
Requirements:
โ€ข Prior experience as business office manager in a SNF or an LTCH healthcare setting.
โ€ข Working knowledge of Excel, Word and MS Office and Matrix or other SNF software.
โ€ข Knowledge of Medicare A&B, MA Medicaid, HMO and SCO Billing, private insurances, PPA and Private pay collections, PNA, Cash Postings,
โ€ข Possess solid mathematical skills, strong organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
โ€ข Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as a self-motivating individual
โ€ข Be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
โ€ข Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
