Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team. As an LNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Certification:

    • Must possess a valid and current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont.
    • Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant training program.
  • Experience:

    • Previous experience as an LNA, CNA, or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
    • Experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, long-term care, assisted living, etc.) is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and document patient care effectively.
    • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with patients and their families.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
    • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
  • Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift, move, and assist patients as required.
    • Physical stamina to perform duties that may include standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time.
  • Other Requirements:
