Boutique west side law firm is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their established team.

This company offers a fantastic work environment, beautiful office, and the ability to work with amazing people!

This position will have a lot of variety and be responsible for -
  • Providing administrative support by drafting letters, proofreading documents, and updating client files
  • Responsible for client conflict checks, witnessing documents, and preparing client binders
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms
  • Assisting with receptionist duties for breaks, vacations, etc.
  • Verifying invoices and receipts
  • Assisting legal staff with special projects
  • Ability to work with extremely confidential documents

Ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft skills, strong written and verbal communication, work well in a fast paced environment, and have a high level of professional savvy.
