Active TS/SCI (SCI eligibility required) Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead SCCM / MECM Engineer to support a long-term, mission-critical enterprise IT environment. This role will serve as the technical lead for Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM), supporting large-scale device and application management across a secured infrastructure.
The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with SCCM/MECM, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience operating within classified environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain SCCM/MECM collections, queries, and reports to accurately target devices and users
Monitor and manage device and user collections to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance
Administer and maintain the MECM infrastructure, including site servers, management points, and distribution points
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software distribution, deployments, and updates
Design, package, and deploy enterprise-wide applications and software updates using MECM
Manage the full application lifecycle, including versioning, updates, dependencies, and retirement
Develop and implement custom automation scripts for applications, packages, drivers, and deployments
Ensure deployments align with compliance, security, and operational requirements
Provide technical leadership and guidance related to endpoint management best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or higher) and 9+ years of relevant experience
Extensive hands-on experience with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Strong background in enterprise software packaging and deployment
Experience supporting large, secure, multi-site environments
IAT Level II certification (per DoD 8570/8140)
Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
Ability to work 100% onsite in Quantico, VA Preferred Skills & Experience PowerShell or other scripting for automation
Experience managing drivers, OS deployments, and patching
Familiarity with compliance reporting and endpoint security integration
Prior experience serving as a technical lead or senior-level SME Work Environment Long-term, stable program
Highly secure, mission-focused environment
Onsite collaboration with senior technical stakeholders
