Job description

Hiring a Mechanic Helper in Monroe, LA.

Hourly Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2PM start time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Clean trucks, containers, and equipment using pressure washers and other tools as directed.
  • Perform general facility maintenance and custodial duties.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Implement and manage a truck wash schedule to ensure consistent cleanliness.
  • Sweep floors, organize parts, and assist with keeping the wash bay and surrounding areas orderly.
  • Assist in basic shop tasks, including training to perform tire replacements and retorque procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments.
  • Experience operating pressure washers is preferred.
  • Mechanically inclined.
