  • Be proficient with all measuring tools

  • Be able to read and understand electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, hard copy PLC programs.
  • Possess the skills to electrically and mechanically trouble shoot equipment.
  • Possess the skills to understand and follow directions from his or her supervisor
  • Posse basic computer skills
  • Executing, promoting, and working safely throughout the facility following all Safety Policies
  • Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Being aware of all Emergency Exits and knowing procedures for Emergency Evacuation as well as location.
  • Knowing the location of theSDSSafety Data Sheets and how to utilize properly.
  • Knowing not to operate any equipment or perform any work without the proper training and authorization to do complete the task safely. Always following proper LOTO lock out/tag out procedures.
  • Never remove or bypass machine guards and NEVER while the machine is in operation.
  • Being cautious and aware of lift trucks and moving equipment.
  • Reporting all injuries or accidents to the Department Lead or Manager or immediately.
  • Understand and follow plants housekeeping guidelines.
  • Identifying and implementing lean and continuous improvement actions.
  • Performing work safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.
  • Understand and adhere to all safety requirements.
