Job Description Mechanical Assistant Pay: $21-$24 DOE | Location: Montgomery, AL | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits We are seeking a dependable Mechanical Assistant to join our warehouse production team. In this role, you will assist with assembling mechanical parts and components, preparing materials for production, and supporting the fabrication process. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Duties Assist with the assembly of mechanical parts, components, and equipment according to work instructions and blueprints. Prepare and organize materials, hardware, and tools for daily production. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and accurately.

Help fabricate, modify, and package mechanical assemblies for shipment. Inspect completed parts for quality, accuracy, and proper fit. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse as needed. Track inventory of parts and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing. Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Assembly experience Wrapping and packaging assembled products Ability to read and count accurately Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift Work all hours assigned. Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
