    Job Description Experienced Senior Recruiter Pay: Competitive Pay (Plus Commission) | Location: Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | Weekly Pay Signature Labor Services is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition efforts in Knoxville, TN. This role is ideal for a motivated recruiting professional with experience sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, driven, and comfortable managing high-volume recruiting efforts while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements: Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, or office administration experience required Experience in staffing or construction recruiting is a strong plus Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation Responsibilities: Source, recruit, and screen candidates for skilled trades and construction positions Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct phone interviews and candidate evaluations Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and drug screens Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future staffing needs Assist with recruiting strategies and workforce planning Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and procedures Complete additional recruiting and administrative tasks as assigned What We Offer: Weekly Pay Competitive Base Salary + Commission Structure Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance All SLS employees are required to comply with our Substance Abuse Prevention Policy as a condition of employment.
