ZING is hiring 10 Line Production Mechanics to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Wharton, NJ.
Current Openings
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 3 openings
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 3 openings
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | 4 openings

Training will be completed on 1st Shift before transitioning to your assigned shift.
If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, keeping production running, and working in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we'd love to speak with you.
What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
  • Repair conveyors, motors, gearboxes, chains, bearings, belts, pumps, valves, and related production equipment.
  • Perform machine changeovers, equipment adjustments, and production line support.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • Complete work orders and preventive maintenance documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), GMP, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Previous industrial maintenance, maintenance mechanic, production maintenance, or manufacturing maintenance experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems.
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is preferred.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
