Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats such as beef, pork, poultry, and seafood.
  • Prepare and package meat products for display in service and self-serve cases.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including tools and equipment.
  • Monitor product freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste.
