Bridgeway Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MDS Coordinator (RN) to join our skilled nursing leadership team in Phenix City, Alabama.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in MDS, Medicare, PDPM, Case Mix, Clinical Reimbursement, Care Plans, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, and Post-Acute Care to play a critical role in ensuring clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement optimization.

MDS Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Complete and coordinate all MDS assessments in accordance with CMS, state, and federal regulations

  • Strong working knowledge of MDS 3.0, PDPM, Medicare, Medicaid, Care Planning, and Clinical Reimbursement
