Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 20 Number of Staff – 40 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses, 3 techs Night Shift – 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses, 2 techs Patient Ratios – 1:4, charge free of patients - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment – Vents, Feeding Pumps, IV Pumps, Wound Vacs, Specialty beds, Suction, Chest Tubes EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
