• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments, actively considering the interplay between mental well-being and co-existing medical conditions.
• Design and execute integrated treatment plans that encompass psychiatric evaluations and medical considerations tailored specifically to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that foster personal growth and resilience.
• Collaborate effectively with primary care physicians and specialists to ensure coherent treatment strategies and optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during mental emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.
• Educate patients on the relationship between mental and physical health, empowering them with knowledge to manage their conditions effectively.
• Maintain precise and confidential medical documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary care planning to contribute to strategic healthcare initiatives.

Our services primarily cater to patients grappling with complex mental health issues compounded by medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective collaborations with multidisciplinary teams and building rapport with clients.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while ensuring ethical compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record systems critical to modern healthcare delivery.
• Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment, contributing to team-based patient care.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting focused on mental health, particularly with clients who have co-occurring medical conditions.
• Experience in using evidence-based therapeutic approaches and modalities.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that bridge physical and mental health services.
