Who We Are
Reflex Media is the high-performance, fast-growing technology and lifestyle marketing company behind the luxury dating brand Seeking.com. We hire exceptional people, operate at a high standard of excellence, and are committed to building a world-class talent engine that supports our global ambitions.
We are seeking an elite Talent Acquisition Specialist who is proactive, highly skilled, and deeply committed to identifying and attracting top-tier talent across multiple disciplines. This is a high-expectation, execution-driven role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at sourcing passive candidates, and can elevate the overall quality of hires across the company.
Why Reflex Media?
  • Remote organization
  • 99% employer-paid medical (base plan) for employees
  • 65% employer-paid medical for dependents
  • 100% company-paid STD, LTD, and life insurance
  • 50% 401(k) match up to 6%
  • Flexible PTO
  • Company events, team offsites, and a culture of excellence
  • A chance to directly influence the talent DNA of a fast-growing tech company

About the Role
This is not a passive recruiting role. This is an active sourcing, talent-mapping, relationship-building, pipeline-creating position for someone who loves the hunt. You will operationalize strategies defined by leadership and execute them with precision and accuracy.
You will own the candidate experience from outreach to offer, helping to elevate Reflex Media's talent brand through innovative recruiting campaigns and external partnerships. This role plays a key part in elevating Reflex Media's recruiting standards to align with world-class, global hiring practices.
This role requires deep alignment with Reflex Media's culture of excellence, ownership, speed, and high accountability. You will be expected to actively recruit candidates who not only meet the skill requirements but also embody initiative, readiness, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Execution & Hiring Support
  • Translate direction into actionable recruiting plans and deliver effective, high-quality results.
  • Operate with a high degree of ambition, proactively recommending sourcing initiatives (including campus recruitment and community engagement) without waiting for direction.
Advanced Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
  • Actively source, pursue, and engage high-performing passive candidates from tech companies, marketing agencies, creative studios, AI/ML teams, startups, and top universities.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and methods including Boolean/X-ray searches, AI-driven sourcing platforms, talent intelligence tools, competitive talent mapping, portfolio platforms, and niche industry communities.
  • Build and maintain deep pipelines for high-priority roles across Tech, Product, Marketing, Creative, Data/AI, IT, and Customer Support.
Candidate Evaluation & Experience
  • Conduct thorough screenings focused on skill, culture fit, ambition, communication, and alignment with Reflex Media's standard of excellence.
  • Deliver a polished, professional candidate experience with timely communication and an executive-level presence.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process with clarity and consistency.
Partnership With Leadership
  • Work closely with hiring managers and leadership, guided by the Director of Business Operations, to refine role requirements and ensure hiring needs are understood and executed effectively.
  • Support leadership in maintaining high hiring standards by presenting well-vetted, high-quality candidates.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
  • Represent Reflex Media as a brand ambassador, delivering a compelling, high-end narrative about our culture, mission, and opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance visibility through strategic messaging, recruitment content, campus engagement, and industry networking.
Recruiting Operations & Process Optimization
  • Maintain structured and accurate documentation within the ATS (JazzHR or equivalent).
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including sourcing channel performance, time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and quality of hire.
  • Recommend process improvements to support a world-class, scalable recruiting function.
University Relations & Community Engagement
  • Build relationships with top colleges, competitive academic programs, and relevant professional associations.
  • Participate in networking events, campus activities, portfolio showcases, and industry communities to expand Reflex Media's talent reach.
Confidential & Sensitive Searches
  • Manage confidential requisitions discreetly, navigating sensitive replacements with professionalism and strict confidentiality.

Skills & Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's degree required; preference for degrees in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, marketing, creative, or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AI-driven tools across sourcing, screening, research, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and explain them confidently to leadership
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing passive talent and poaching top performers from competitive industries.
  • Ability to confidently assess candidates for execution discipline, judgement and critical thinking, not just technical skills or functional expertise.
  • Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, AI sourcing tools, and market mapping.
  • Strong ability to evaluate candidate competency, judgement, communication, culture fit, and long-term growth potential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional presence and polished delivery.
  • Proven experience supporting leadership teams, navigating shifting priorities, and executing under tight deadlines.
  • High level of discretion, ethics, and professionalism, with experience managing confidential searches.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, expectation-driven, and evolving work environment.
Preferred
  • Experience recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Creative, Data/AI, and Customer Support.
  • Established networks with universities, industry associations, agencies, and recruiting communities.
  • Experience with ATS systems (JazzHR preferred).
  • Knowledge of employer branding, recruiting marketing, and talent pipeline strategies for high-growth organizations.
  • Data-driven mindset with familiarity in tracking and analyzing key recruiting metrics.

Who Thrives in This Role
This role is ideal for someone who is:
  • Highly proactive and driven by excellence
  • Confident in sourcing elite passive talent
  • Polished, professional, and strong in communication
  • Capable of executing quickly with minimal oversight
  • Energized by fast-moving priorities and competitive goals
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy
  • Passionate about finding exceptional talent and elevating team performance
