Job description

At Success Academy, we believe in the power of education to change lives, and our Network team is essential to achieving that mission. We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent. In this role, you will partner with enterprise leaders to manage recruitment across the Network. If you are an experienced recruiter with a passion for mission-driven work and a knack for identifying top talent, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our schools and the thousands of students we serve.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategy: Partner with leadership to understand team needs, define hiring goals, and create innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

  • Build and maintain a candidate pipeline: Proactively identify and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, social media, and professional organizations.

  • Manage the candidate experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience with Success Academy, regardless of the outcome.

  • Advise stakeholders: Act as a trusted talent acquisition advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, compensation, and best practices.

  • Contribute to a strong employer brand: Act as a brand ambassador for Success Academy, effectively communicating our mission, values, and company culture to potential candidates.

We'd Be Excited to Hear From You If:

  • You possess 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting.

  • You are able to think as a true Talent Acquisition Advisor.

  • You have utilized an ATS (preferably Greenhouse or a similar tool).

  • You have experience in identifying trends, leveraging knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized sourcing strategies.

  • You have remarkable organizational skills and a relentless drive to improve efficiency.

  • You hold exceptionally high standards for the quality of work and a reflex to improve at every turn.

  • You possess the ability to build strong relationships and thoughtfully navigate challenging situations.

  • You exhibit strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.

Please note that this role is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be in office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
